There’s been an amazing response once again from Multiflight staff to a plea to help make sure every child in Leeds and West Yorkshire wakes up to a present on Christmas morning by supporting Radio Aire’s Cash for Kids Mission Christmas.
Radio Aire’s Mission Christmas campaign helps local sick, disabled and disadvantaged children across West Yorkshire.
Multiflight has supported this special cause again in the build-up to Christmas and the response has been overwhelming. Well done to our tremendous FBO team for organising and leading the collection of toys and gifts once more.
It’s a cause we have supported for a number of years now, giving toys and gifts and also helping to collect and deliver some of the toys and gifts to local children.
It was our aim to get our reception filled with toys and gifts for the children of the local area and we have certainly succeeded in doing that – see the picture here!
Gifts for boys and girls age 0-16 years were asked for and all cash donations were used to buy toys and gifts.
We also had a ‘Christmas Jumper, T-shirt or Dress Down Day’ at work to raise extra cash. Staff made a donation of £1 which was spent on toys and gifts. Even our engineers took part – with their favourite festive jumper on below their overalls.
