Multiflight is once again supporting Radio Aire’s Cash For Kids Mission Christmas campaign, aimed at making sure every child in Leeds and West Yorkshire wakes up to a present on Christmas morning.
Last year Radio Aire’s Mission Christmas campaign, which was supported by Multiflight, helped 25,553 local sick, disabled and disadvantaged children across West Yorkshire. This year it is expected that the figure will grow and Multiflight wants to help as much as possible.
Multiflight is pleased to support this special cause again in the build-up to Christmas. It’s a cause we have supported previously, giving toys and gifts and also helping to collect and deliver some of the toys and gifts to local children. It’s our aim to get our reception filled with toys and gifts for the children of the local area.
Gifts for boys and girls age 0-16 years are needed – no gift too large or too small. All cash donations are used to buy toys and gifts.
If you donate a teddy bear, there will be a child cuddling a teddy on Christmas morning – simple as that!
Multiflight and its staff will be collecting toys and cash until Tuesday December 18th.
In addition we are having a ‘Christmas Jumper, T-shirt or Dress Down Day’ at work on Monday December 17th to raise extra cash. Staff will make a donation of £1 which will be spent on toys and gifts. Even our engineers will be taking part – with their favourite festive jumper on below their overalls. It will certainly give us all that Christmas feeling!
