Multiflight Executive Handling at Leeds Bradford Airport is dedicated to the smooth and efficient handling of private/corporate and general aviation.
We are committed to providing an optimum service at all times and our first class facilities ensure that aircraft, their owners, passengers and crew are well looked after.
Passenger and Crew Facilities
The all-new fully air conditioned corporate passenger and crew lounge provides welcoming and comfortable space for both passengers and crew. The private passenger area has high definition plasma screen television with full Sky package and free wireless Internet access, together with complimentary tea and coffee facilities. Your comfort and privacy are assured at all times. There is a full range of newspapers and magazines available. If you would like a particular newspaper or magazine please speak to a member of the team and we will do our best to get it for you. The dedicated crew area has Internet access and a weather station, providing all the latest weather information.
Multiflight’s handling team liaises directly with Immigration, Customs and Special Branch, which are based at the main Leeds Bradford Airport terminal. We inform them of all flights and send full passenger and crew details for clearance. We have General Declaration forms, which we can complete and send on your behalf or you can fax it to us and we can fax the details for clearance. If you require any assistance with Immigration, Special Branch or Customs, please do not hesitate to contact our handling team. It is important that we adhere to the procedures set by the Controlled Authorities. We will inform you if you or your passengers need to be presented to any of the controlled authorities at the main terminal.
Baggage Screening and Security
Multiflight and Leeds Bradford Airport is a member of the UK Government Department for Transport (DfT) and the National Aviation Security Program (NASAP). We operate a security screening process for all commercial flights over 10 Metric Tonne or 19 seats. If you operate a charter flight that is over 10 Metric Tonne or 19 seats there will be a charge for screening passengers. Please ask for prices: telephone +44 (0)113 238 7140. ATC – Slots
The handling team informs ATC of all movements prior to you flying into Multiflight. If there are any restrictions we will inform you when you book in. Please ensure that you contact us prior to visiting.

A 180,000 litre (47,000usgal) Avtur/Jet A1 fuel farm is a welcome new addition to our Fixed Based Operations for Executive Aircraft Handling, opened in partnership with AIR TOTAL. It gives us the ability to provide a much-valued quick turnaround service for visiting aircraft – crucial when duty hours are involved! As we have our own bowsers and trained staff we do not need to rely on others for fuel delivery. This negates any uncertainty about being able to refuel or any possibility of delays beyond our control. Aircraft refuelling has never been so easy!
VIP Catering Services
We offer VIP Handling Catering Services, using highly reputed local caterers and restaurants. We can provide everything from tasty sandwiches to the finest a la carte food. Whatever you or your clients’ palates desire, we can supply it. All catering is delivered to the aircraft. Please allow at least 24 hours for specialist catering requests. We offer free hot water, tea, coffee and ice.
Passenger and Crew Transport
We can arrange any transport you, your client or crew may require – from chauffeur-driven limousines, to taxis, people carriers or a mini bus. We use only reputable, tried and tested local companies. Payment for these services can either be invoiced or the client can pay direct. If you have any transport requirements please contact us.
Hotel reservations can be booked through us. We have special rates with most local and city hotels, providing you with great savings. Whether you want to be close to the airfield or want to be based in the centre of the bustling city of Leeds, we can arrange a hotel to suit your needs. We can also organise day rooms at highly competitive rates. Hotels you can choose from include Crowne Plaza, Leeds; Britannia Leeds Bradford Airport; Marriott Hollins Hall Hotel and Country Club, Baildon; Ramada Leeds Parkway, and Malmaison Leeds.
We can organise car hire for you or your clients through Avis, Europcar and Hertz, who are based at the main Leeds Bradford Airport terminal. We can arrange to get a car delivered direct to Multiflight. All we need is a photocopy of the driver’s licence and a credit card number to secure the booking. On your departure you can leave the car at Multiflight and we will arrange for the hire company to collect the car. Nothing could be simpler!
Our all-new Executive Handling facilities at Multiflight provide excellent conference and boardroom facilities. We can offer a selection of comfortable conference/meetings rooms for hire, which can accommodate between 2 and 12 people. These are available for hire on an hourly basis, or for a whole day. We offer tea, coffee, water and light refreshments and can provide everything from OHP, flip charts, to pens and notepads. Hangarage and Aircraft Parking
Our new barrel vaulted hangars allow us to offer first class hangarage at competitive rates, whether you want to have your aircraft housed for one night or one year, on an ad-hoc or permanent basis. Multiflight Pet Travel
Passengers can fly into Multiflight at Leeds Bradford Airport with their furry friends as Multiflight is one of the UK’s approved entry points for pets.
Multiflight is authorised by the Government to handle domestic dogs, cats and ferrets under the DEFRA/Animal Health Pet Travel Scheme (PETS). The PETS system allows pet dogs, cats and ferrets from certain countries to enter the UK without quarantine as long as they meet the rules.
The Multiflight Pet Travel team is trained to check and process the necessary paperwork and to meet and greet pets and their owners/handlers on arrival at Leeds. The team will carry out pre-disembarkation checks, including checking the pet’s passport, travel credentials and its micro-chip.
Multiflight has it own dedicated team of professional aircraft cleaners, who are ready and waiting to clean your aircraft while you are visiting us! Whatever your cleaning requirements the team can do it for you, from a full internal/external clean to vacuuming the carpet or cleaning the stairs. We also offer a car cleaning service. Maintenance JAA / FAA Part 145
The Multiflight aircraft service department can help you with any problems you may have with your aircraft. We provide both JAA and FAA, rotary and fixed wing maintenance services, including engine services. Multiflight is a recognised Pratt and Whitney maintenance facility and a Teledyne overhaul facility. Please contact us with any queries or requests.
