Crew Resource Management Training
Multiflight is able to provide fully EASA-compliant CRM training with a specific emphasis placed on commercial rotary operations. Our clients include numerous onshore helicopter charter operators as well as HEMS operators providing courses for both aircrew and ground staff.
Our CRMIs have a wide range of rotary experience, both in the civilian and military sectors. Training is flexible and with sufficient planning we are able to travel to clients’ premises and conduct lessons on site for your convenience.
Our courses can be designed around your requirements, however, in general we offer an introductory course over 2 days presenting the entire syllabus followed by a modular course presenting the material every 12 months ensuring students have refreshed on the syllabus over a three-year period.
A typical CRM syllabus may include some or all of the following, with the emphasis placed as required dependent on the specific requirements of your organisation:
Sleep and fatigue
Personality and cultural differences
Automation human factors
Team working and leadership
Threat and error management
“The past few years have seen the Great North Air Ambulance take a leading role in the provision of
training to doctors and paramedics starting their careers in Prehospital Emergency Medicine / HEMS.
We currently believe we offer the only ‘one stop shop’ for external candidates to come and complete
the clinical and aviation training required for HEMS crew certification (EASA compliant).
