Crew Resource Management facilities at Multiflight
Multiflight is able to provide fully EASA compliant CRM training notably with an emphasis placed on Commercial Rotary Operations. Our clients include numerous Onshore Helicopter Charter operators as well as HEMS operators providing courses for both aircrew and ground staff.
Our CRM Trainers have a wide range of both fixed wing, rotary as well as military experience and in additon to running classroom-based lessons are able to facilitate Simulator-based Line Orientated Training. Training is flexible and with sufficient planning we are able to travel to clients’ premises and conduct lessons on site for your conveniance.
Our courses can be designed around your requirments, however in general we offer an introductory course over 2 days presenting the entire syllabus followed by a modular course presenting the material every 12 months ensuring students have refreshed on the syllabus over a three-year period.
