Multiflight attends Senior Flying Instructors Forum
Multiflight helicopter pilot and instructor Chris Wood was delighted to attend a Senior Flying Instructors Forum run by the Honourable Company of Air Pilots with the Central Flying School.
Held at the College Hall Officers Mess at RAF Cranwell, the Forum covered many topics, including Health and Safety, Navigating, an Introduction to the Independent Flight Examiners Association, Threat and Error Management (TEM) for Instructors, scholarships and burseries, Upset Prevention and Recovery Training and Integrating GPS with Visual Navigation. There was also a breakout session for Rotary instructors with CFS Rotary Examiner Flt Lt Hobkirk.
“It was great to be involved in this event,” said Chris.
“The Senior Flying Instructors Forum was aimed at improving standards and safety. It was a very valuable day which was supported by Pooleys Flight Instruments.”
