Mark Frankland

After passing his Private Pilot’s Licence (PPL) at Multiflight, Mark Frankland says he would have no hesitation in recommending the Leeds Flight Training Centre and its team.

Mark, owner and director of Leeds garage Motor Marque, started his PPL at Multiflight in June 2010 and passed in December 2010. It was the fulfillment of an ambition he had held for many years: he first started learning to fly over a decade ago with the aim of becoming a commercial pilot but then decided to concentrate on his garage business.

“Flying is something I really enjoy and it’s been fantastic to do my PPL at Multiflight,” says Mark.

“At Multiflight an extremely high level of professionalism has been achieved and a friendly and approachable feel to the business maintained. Whilst dealing with Multiflight I have consistently received the very best service and care: something to be very proud of.

“The Multiflight team has always been helpful and patient and some staff members in particular deserve special recognition. Susan Watson is a king pin when it comes to bookings: her patience and organisation is always accompanied with a smile which has made my visits a pleasant experience. Andrew Binns has consistently delivered knowledgeable assistance and service to a very high standard and Paul Moss who has instructed most of my lessons has proven to be a patient and very knowledgeable tutor whilst still maintaining a determined focus on my end goal of passing the PPL course.

“With the assistance of the Multiflight team I have passed my PPL and have thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I have no hesitation recommending Multiflight and the Flight Training Centre team to any of my customers, colleagues, friends or family.”

Mark is now going to do further flight training at the Multiflight Flight Training Centre at Leeds Bradford International Airport. He plans to do an Instrument Rating (IR) and perhaps train as a Flight Instructor (FI).
