Multiflight expands flight training operation

There’s much to look forward to in 2011, including the expansion of Multiflight’s flight training operation.

Multiflight is opening a new satellite flight training base at Blackpool International Airport in April.  This new training base will offer commercial flight training and multiengine training.  It will extend and complement our existing successful flying school at Leeds Bradford International Airport.

The new satellite flight training base will extend Multiflight’s flight training geographic cover as well as giving students more flexibility and choice.

The new permanent base, which will be open seven days a week, year round, will be located in Hangar 3 at Blackpool International Airport.  It will be staffed by a team of existing Multiflight instructors.  It will offer commercial flight training and multiengine training to begin with, but this could be extended in the future.

Flying School UK

This is an exciting development for the Multiflight Flight Training Centre and everyone is very excited about the expansion of the Leeds flying school.  The Multiflight team is committed to creating another centre of flight training excellence.

Multiflight’s existing Flight Training Centre at Leeds Bradford International Airport has a first class reputation, offering a wide range of courses for both fixed wing aircraft and helicopters.  The centre offers a reception area; a briefing and flight planning area; purpose-built briefing rooms; a welcoming café bar, and a purpose-built simulator suite.  There is also an onsite CAA-approved medical examiner, Dr Gerald Benjamin, and an onsite CAA-approved Radio Telephony Examiner Malcolm Dobson.
