High praise for Multiflight team

It’s always good to get positive feedback and a letter from a student at the Multiflight Flight Training Centre certainly brought Christmas cheer.
Mark Frankland, owner and director of Motor Marque garage in Leeds, has been studying for his Private Pilot’s Licence (PPL) at Multiflight. He started his training here in June 2010 and passed just before Christmas.
In his letter to Multiflight, Mark writes: “As a director of Motor Marque, my own company, I appreciate all too well the importance of excellent customer care and quality service. I expect the highest standards and aim to consistently achieve them. A difficult balance has to be achieved between professionalism and a friendly welcoming business.”
Mark continues to give high praise to the team at Multiflight Flight Training Centre at Leeds Bradford International Airport, saying he has always received the very best service and care and would have no hesitation recommending the company.
